The control design of this type of inverter may be challenging as several algorithms are required to run the inverter. This reference design uses the C2000 microcontroller (MCU) family of devices to implement control of a grid connected inverter with output current control.
The characteristics of different communication methods of inverters are obvious, and the application scenarios are different. In order to better weave the underlying network of energy digitization and intelligent development, choose the most appropriate communication method according to local conditions.
The output inductor and capacitor form a low-pass filter that filters out the switching frequency. As the inverter is connected to the grid, the capacitance determines the VAR power exchange when the inverter is not operating and is kept small, typically < 5% rated power.
Capaci-tor, C26, and resistors, R135/R136, can be used for a low-pass filter if necessary. A Hall effect-based linear current sensor is connected between the inverter output and the grid. This current sense IC measures the inverter output current flowing into the grid.
The data signal is connected to the low-voltage busbar through the power line on the AC side of the inverter, the signal is analyzed by the inverter supporting the data collector, and the communication is finally connected to the local power station management system or the cloud platform through the LAN or the Internet 2.
